MadeThis provides an AI-powered platform for creating and managing online businesses. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Shared Responsibility. MadeThis operates under a shared responsibility model. We are responsible for the security and availability of the underlying platform infrastructure. You are responsible for the content, products, and services offered through businesses created on the platform.
Service Availability. We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
“User Content” refers to any business configurations, products, descriptions, images, files, or other materials that you upload, create, or transmit through the Services.
Ownership. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By using our Services, you grant MadeThis a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, use, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
Your Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the businesses you create through the Services. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided by MadeThis, are owned by or licensed to Castar Ventures, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and payment processors. Your use of any third-party services is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. MadeThis is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MADETHIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT GENERATED BY AI AGENTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES, AND YOU USE SUCH OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASTAR VENTURES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MADETHIS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Castar Ventures, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at founders@castari.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least forty-five (45) days. Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS ACTION.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
